I support women and families through pregnancy, birth, and the postpartum period with a holistic and sensitive approach. My work focuses on emotional wellbeing, informed decision-making, and gentle natural support, including aromatherapy and mindfulness practices adapted to each woman’s needs. I believe that every woman deserves to feel seen, supported, and empowered during this transformative stage, and I approach my work with respect, care, and deep listening.

I have been working as a Registered Nurse for over 30 years, providing a wide variety of care, including home care, newborn care and postpartum support.

I am a certified doula, registered nurse, and sound healer, devoted to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond with deep presence, love, and compassion. With over 8 years of experience as a medic and 2 years working as a RN in a postpartum and newborn ward in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, I bring a strong clinical foundation into my care. My journey has also taken me across the world to Uganda, where I spent 5 transformative weeks volunteering at a birthing center—assisting in and witnessing the raw beauty of many births. I offer a holistic approach that honors not just the physical, but also the emotional and spiritual layers of this sacred transition. I listen deeply, hold space gently, and empower each mother to connect with her own wisdom and rhythm. Whether it’s through childbirth education, hands-on labor support, or integrating sound and voice in your healing process, I am here to walk beside you every step of the way. As a singer and certified sound healer, I love to weave music and vibration into the birth space—bringing calm, grounding, and connection. Every birth is unique, and I am committed to supporting you with patience, understanding, and care.
