I have a background of many years in law, tech start-ups, operations, and people management. My life changed after I became a mother, and switched my career completely. I know offer childbirth education courses in the method of "Birthing as a Journey," as well as gentle, hands-on birth, breastfeeding, and postpartum support.

I am a certified doula, registered nurse, and sound healer, devoted to supporting women through pregnancy, birth, and beyond with deep presence, love, and compassion. With over 8 years of experience as a medic and 2 years working as a RN in a postpartum and newborn ward in Hadassah Ein Kerem Hospital, I bring a strong clinical foundation into my care. My journey has also taken me across the world to Uganda, where I spent 5 transformative weeks volunteering at a birthing center—assisting in and witnessing the raw beauty of many births. I offer a holistic approach that honors not just the physical, but also the emotional and spiritual layers of this sacred transition. I listen deeply, hold space gently, and empower each mother to connect with her own wisdom and rhythm. Whether it’s through childbirth education, hands-on labor support, or integrating sound and voice in your healing process, I am here to walk beside you every step of the way. As a singer and certified sound healer, I love to weave music and vibration into the birth space—bringing calm, grounding, and connection. Every birth is unique, and I am committed to supporting you with patience, understanding, and care.
