I like to say that I seek to work from the Heart of Birth. Whether I'm teaching about the amazing hormonal matrix of birth, unpacking fears around birth with a mother-to-be, or holding space for a new mother's story inside a birth story processing session, I strive to maintain this connection to the heart of it all—her story, her journey, her connections to her baby and herself and her family, to the divine. Alongside that, I bring a sensitivity and awareness of somatics, archetypal work, and the invitations that creativity can offer into my work.
