With over 13 years of experience, I have had the honour to support many women through their Israel birth experience - through their birth preparation, labour and postpartum journeys. I hope to be able to help you learn about your birth options, to understand the birth process & to prepare and to work towards what works for you and your birth.

About Me

I'm a qualified, bilingual Birth Doula and Childbirth Educator. I'm also a certified postpartum doula, lactation counselor and reflexologist. I offer a variety of services for all women and all types of birth. My goal is to help support you through this time. To help you understand your options, how the birth process works in Israel, to emotionally and practically help you prepare for birth, and most importantly, to support you and the type of birth that you choose.

Why I Do This

Following the birth of my eldest daughter, I was fascinated by the world of birth. I was (and still am!) in awe of women, and I realized that women should receive as much support as they can during this time. I started looking into various options, and some years later I started my doula studies. This led me to where I am today. We're all different, and may need different types of support, and I feel lucky that I can be a part of this support system.
