I am a Registered Dietitian with over 5 years of experience in nutritional counselling. I have a passion for helping women ditch diet culture and develop a healthier relationship with food and body image.
After seeing so many women struggle with their bodies changing post partum, I became passionate about helping women navigate these changes and develop a more positive relationship with food and with their bodies.
Together, we will work on discovering your main nutritional challenges and come up with strategies on navigating them, WITHOUT going on a diet nor counting calories.
