I am a birthing doula and birth educator with over a year of hands-on experience supporting women through labor, birth, and postpartum. My approach is rooted in compassionate, evidence-based care, focused on helping women feel empowered and informed throughout their birthing experience. In addition, my own fertility journey deeply shaped my path and inspired me to become a fertility coach, offering guidance and emotional support to women navigating the often complex and isolating road to conception. I bring a blend of professional training and personal understanding to every client relationship, creating a space of trust, empathy, and holistic support from fertility through birth.

As a certified Childbirth Educator, Birth & Postpartum Doula, Lactation Counselor, and Reflexologist, I provide a variety of services for women preparing for all kinds of birth experiences. My intention is to support you fully — helping you explore your options, understand how birth works in Israel, prepare emotionally and practically, and feel confident and supported in the birth you choose for yourself.

I am an Integrative Women's Health Practitioner, Full-Spectrum Doula, and Childbirth Educator with over 20 years of experience supporting women's health and well-being, including fertility, pregnancy, birth, and postpartum recovery. My work draws on extensive training and experience in women's health, yoga therapy, pregnancy and postpartum yoga, aromatherapy, Sobada/abdominal massage therapy, body-based practices, childbirth education, and holistic fertility support. By integrating these approaches, I help women better understand their bodies, strengthen their connection to themselves and their babies, and navigate each stage of their journey with greater confidence and awareness. I offer personalized support for fertility, pregnancy, birth preparation, labor, postpartum recovery, and the transition to parenthood, both in person and online.
