I have trained as a birth doula, Ayurvedic postpartum doula, prenatal yoga teacher, Reiki practitioner, herbalist, and in specialised bodywork including Mayan abdominal massage and lymphatic breast massage. I believe the weeks following birth deserve the same care and attention as pregnancy itself. After years of helping friends and family navigate overwhelming baby product choices, I created Tiny Gears to support parents, especially first-time and English-speaking families in Israel, in making confident, informed decisions without unnecessary stress or overspending. My approach is personalized, practical, and judgment-free. I focus on helping families find gear that truly fits their lifestyle, space, budget, and long-term needs rather than simply recommending the most expensive or trendy products. From strollers and car seats to registries and newborn essentials, I aim to simplify the process and help parents feel prepared and supported.

I am an International Board-Certified Lactation Consultant since 2022 with over a decade of experience supporting mothers and babies. I am the co-creator of Body-Led Breastfeeding, a methodology that sees infant body language patterns as the key to breastfeeding success. I specialize in helping babies with persistent oral function challenges and those who struggle with bottle feeding.
